E-Mail auto responders
Autoresponders send out automatic emails when you fill out a web based form, or when you send an email message to a specific email account that has an autoresponder enabled. Each one of your web-based forms (i.e. your loan application, contact us, and the rate tracker) generates an autoresponse to the customer. These autoresponses usually take the form of a thank you email.

This amount is fairly large and should fit most active businesses. Should you require more space we offer additional space at $25 per additional 100 megabytes.

Domain Name Registration for 1 Year included
We help you register an available domain name for your business for one full year. After the first year we will continue billing you a $35 fee per year to keep the domain name attached to your business. A domain name usually comes in form of www.YourBusinessName.com, but it could also be with different extensions such as .biz, .info, .us, etc:.

E-Mail Account Setup
We will help you setup E-Mail accounts for the employees in your company. The amount of accounts we setup depends on the package you will purchase. Each additional email account is setup at $10 fee per account.

10 Mortgage Calculators (Java Script) or 5 Graphical Calculators (Java)
You have an option of either selecting up to 10 Java Script based calculators or 5 Java based calculators to be available as value added service for users of your site. The Java Script calculators as much simpler in design and have a plain look, but functionally deliver same results as Java based once. The Java calculators are graphically reach, complete with various Bar and Pie charts and usually add a touch of sophistication.

Custom Logo Design
Depending on the package you selected you get one or more custom logo designs. Logo design determines company's identity and is one of the most important graphical attributes of any business. This logo can then be incorporated not only on your website, but in any print material such as letterheads, business cards, and brochures. We design the logo in high resolution which allows you to use it in all above mentioned mediums. Each additional log is created at the rate of $499.00.

Rate Update Engine
ANYTREND.com has developed a very robust and easy to manage rate updating program. Updating rates is as easy as logging in, changing the posted rate, and clicking Update.

Client Loan Status Check feature
Users of your website after completing the loan application are able to check their loan status online as it gets updated. This shortens the time between their submission and getting an answer. It also saves some of the time for your employees since they won't have to notify the client by phone about it.

News Section
Part of the front page is allocated to your company's news. You as the owner of the website will be able to login into administrative utility and update/post news to the front page of your site. You'll be using an easy MS Word like utility to create the news, then click publish and it appears on the front page right away. No need to know any programming or HTML.

Loan Application Review Section
An administrative section for the owner of the site that allows of easy review of all submitted applications by the customers of your website. You can see when the applications were submitted and go into details of each application to see the specifics.

Export Loan Applications to Excel, Point, Byte, Genesis, Contour
Administrative feature that allows you to export any loan application submitted on your website to one of the formats mentioned above (support for most popular mortgage software packages).

Business Card Design
Depending on the package you selected we will create indicated in the package amount of business cards designed by us for your employees. All business cards will have the same predefined design approved by you, only the employee information will be different. Each additional business card will be billed at $50 per employee.

Full ownership of the site
After the project is completed all the code and graphics, as well as data that will be submitted on your site will belong to you and no one else. Although the site will be hosted on our web server the actual data will belong to you and you can request to receive a copy of it on CD for only $25 per CD. You can also request to remove it at any time should you choose to discontinue the services of your website.

Preferred Partners Page
Any businesses or people that you work with will have ability to register and post their information within this section of your website. This will create value added service for your potential clients as well as your partners. You will have the control of whose information can be displayed on this page by controlling it from administrative interface.

Custom Graphical Design
This option allows you to be in control of exactly how your website will look. You get to show us what you have in mind and we use our vast amount of experience in this field to come up with spectacular results. Unlike the template approach where you have to confine to the pre-designed format you get to make suggestions and adjustments until the site is custom fitted to your business. Each additional design is billed at $599.

Custom Programming
Our development team is set up to fulfill all your special programming needs. If you have a program you would like to see on your website, a calculator you want converted to be used online, a back office application you would like us to develop, or anything you can't find pre-packaged, we will build it.
